Mortgage Review & Signing
Once the mortgage is secured, we review the terms and conditions, sign the commitment and return it to the lender.
Lawyer Receives INstructions
Ten days before closing the lawyer receives the mortgage instructions from the lender.
During the closing appointment with the lawyer, he/she may review the same mortgage documents with you before closing.
