Signal Hill Virtual Paint Night

Celebrate one of Parks Canada’s most iconic places with a FREE virtual paint night on Canada Day!

Parks Canada and Get Messy NL are teaming up for an online paint night. Participants will be guided to create their own personal keepsake of Cabot Tower at Signal Hill National Historic Site. The image will also feature the much-loved Signal Hill star!

The Signal Hill star was designed to shine a light on mental health and as a symbol of hope. It is a tradition to light the star during the holiday season. More recently it was lit during the COVID-19 crisis as a reminder that we are all in this together. #MentalHealthForAll

Now you can have your own Signal Hill star hanging at home!

Where?
Your house! Participants will be sent a link to the online event in advance.

Cost?
This event is FREE of charge, though registration is required and spaces are limited.
In an effort to support people living with mental illness, donations are encouraged to Canadian Mental Health Association NL.
